2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when:

  • You interact with our assistant (KAI) and share your details to arrange a conversation: name, email address, company name and, optionally, details about your needs.
  • You browse the site, if you have consented to analytics cookies: aggregated, anonymous data about visits (country, device type, pages viewed). This data does not identify you personally.

3. How we use the data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • To contact you and arrange the conversation you requested.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (only with your consent to analytics).

4. Who we share data with

We use service providers that help us operate the site and the assistant. They process data solely on our behalf:

  • Anthropic — processes the messages sent to the KAI assistant in order to generate responses.
  • Salesforce — stores the contact details you share through the assistant (leads).
  • Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregated traffic statistics.

5. How long we keep data

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a potential future collaboration. You can request its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to razvanmarica.office@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
