Two ways to work with Salesforce
There are two routes, and most businesses use some of both.
The first is Salesforce's ready-made products, built for common jobs like sales, customer service, and marketing. For most businesses, this is the starting point. We set them up and adjust them where your process differs from the default, which it usually does.
The second is building from scratch. When a standard product almost fits but not quite, or your business does something no off-the-shelf tool was designed for, we build a custom solution on the same foundation, shaped entirely around your needs.
Most of the time the answer is a mix: a ready-made product as the base, with custom pieces where your business is genuinely different.

The ready-made products
Salesforce groups its main tools by the job they do. The three most businesses start with:
Sales
For winning business. It keeps every lead and deal in one place, shows you your pipeline at a glance, and helps you forecast with real numbers instead of guesswork. Your team always knows who to follow up with next, and deals stop slipping through the cracks.
Service
For looking after the customers you already have. Support requests arrive through one system, get routed to the right person, and get resolved faster. Nothing gets lost, and you can finally see where your team's time actually goes.
Marketing
For reaching people and staying in touch. Campaigns across email and other channels, connected to your real customer data, so the right message reaches the right person at the right moment. Someone who just bought from you doesn't get pitched the same thing the next day.
We implement these products and customize them so they match how you work, not the other way around. Salesforce is also weaving AI, through its Agentforce agents, into all three, and we set that up so it does real work for you from the start.
ENGINEERING
When off-the-shelf isn't enough: building on the Platform
This is the part most consultancies underplay. Underneath those ready-made products sits the Salesforce Platform, the same foundation they're all built on. That means we're not limited to what comes in the box.
If your business runs a process no standard product covers, we build it. On top of the Sales or Service foundation, we can create a custom package from zero, designed around exactly how you work: your data, your steps, your rules, your screens. You get software that fits your business, instead of a business bent to fit the software.
This is where real engineering matters. Salesforce lets you go a long way with configuration alone, but push it too far and it turns fragile. Built properly, with actual development behind it (the Apex and Lightning work we specialize in), it stays fast and holds up as you grow. Done carelessly, custom work becomes the thing that breaks on your busiest day. Done well, it's what finally makes the software feel like it was made for you.
AI-FIRST
AI-first, by design
We design with AI from the start, not as something added once everything else is built. When automation and AI agents are part of the plan from day one, they do more, and they do it sooner. Teams that build AI in during setup tend to see results faster than teams that bolt it on afterward. And since an AI agent is only as good as the data and structure beneath it, building it in from the start is also the only way to do it right.

How we work
